This Offshore High Speed Craft has been specifically designed and engineered as a ‘heavy-lift’ commercial vessel. ​

The revolutionary and patented hull technology utilised in this High Speed Craft has been intelligently designed to operate offshore in rough seas. ​

Its substantially lower attack angle to conventional hulls and 25o deadrise means that it will easily slice through rough water without launching and limited slamming. It also produces better quality waterflow across the propellors increasing grip which provides superior manoeuvrability and tighter turning with little loss of speed. ​

Its superior practical advantage is the helm’s ability to easily maintain a constant visual on the horizon through its linear transition onto the plane which is derived by mitigating stern squat and associated bow lift. ​

Overall, this craft will provide greater comfort in all weathers by delivering intuitive handling, exceptional seakeeping and directional stability. ​

Built to last a lifetime using our patented DANU composite material. That said, the composite material itself can be recovered and recycled. This is the future of low impact and circular boat manufacturing.

The spacious ‘best in class’ deck areas are enclosed by high vertical sides which provides enhanced security and confidence for the crew when operating in big seas. ​

Extra-wide gunwales, incorporating a durable anti-slip coating, makes stepping up to a ladder or dockside easier and safer. ​

We have developed a heavy duty D-section fendering solution which is puncture resistant to provide greater protection to the craft when coming alongside repeatedly. ​

All of our High Speed Craft come from the drawing board of renowned designer John Moxham. In his illustrious career, he has designed everything from high speed craft for the Special Boat Service (SBS) to the fastest lifeboat in the RNLI, the E-CLASS (Mark 1) and was part of the design team behind the iconic supersonic Hawker Siddley Gnat fighter. Our revolutionary and patented hull technology fundamentally redefines the way a planing hull interacts with the water. It applies fluid dynamic principles conceived during the development of the XB70 Valkyrie high-altitude bomber to reimagine hull technology and hydrodynamic performance. The patented ‘golden ratio’ and passive hydrodynamic performance modification system were developed to ensure that every craft is intelligently designed for its specific purpose.​

CABIN

INTELLIGENT ERGONOMIC CONFIGURATION

Intended as an Offshore High Speed Craft, the brief to our research and development team was to push the design of the cabin to optimise visibility, ergonomics, shock mitigation, crew health and wellbeing. ​

By adopting the D-section fendering system on the exterior, we immediately gained a significant advantage on the interior resulting in a more spacious and comfortable cabin. ​

The “Beast” edition has enough space for fourteen shock mitigation seating units and ‘best in class’ internal locker space. ​

The console has been designed around the helm and laid out to ensure that all controls and gauges are within easy reach and line of sight. ​

Forward-raked reinforced windows and roof glazing above the helm station provide excellent all-round visibility and reduced glare when manoeuvring alongside high structures. ​

Large forward and aft watertight doors have been fitted which can be secured open without restricting movement on deck. ​

This forced us to rethink not only the exterior design, ergonomics, operational requirements and safety features but also to improve the crew experience. ​
